Bobby went to work for UPS out of high school, and took advantage of their program to pay for college. After a year or so, he realized that extended education was not for him., so he focused on his work with UPS. He rose quickly to management, and he worked there for twelve years.
Vormbrock gained an appreciation for learning about people, and better understanding hw to lead them. He also was able to work on his ability to problem solve, which is very beneficial in the real estate business.
One of the reasons Bobby and Nicki love real estate is because every day holds a different adventure from; touring homes, meeting potential clients, closing a deal, and making buyer’s and seller’s home dreams come true. Becky Mann is a Licensed Transaction Coordinator for a team of 7 Real Estate Agents with Knob & Key Realty. She assists agents, clients, loan officers & title companies in listing & selling transactions to ensure a smooth closing. She also assists newly licensed agents in navigating the paperwork involved with listing and sales contracts and problem solving issues that may arise.
Becky also functions as an office manager & bookkeeper.
Becky has worked in the real estate field for 35 years with reputable real estate agencies including Century 21, Re/Max, and Red Edge Realty. She received her real estate license in 2004 and has enjoyed working with real estate agents and their clients.
Becky is a grandmother, an animal lover, & enjoys working in her yard.

A graduate of Bullitt East High School, Tyler continued his education by obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Louisville. During college, Tyler worked in real estate part-time to focus on on-the-job-training. After graduating in 2019, Tyler has moved into a full time role with the Vormbrock-Novak Real Estate Group at Knob & Key Realty. Tyler's up to date social media and marketing skills have been a great asset to his clients success.
